Q: IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

A: Shopping with www.lucentestudio.com is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: IS IT SAFE TO USE MY DEBIT CARD ONLINE?

A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed; you can feel free to contact us at; customercare@lucentestudio.com for updates on your order’s shipping status, or click “Order Status” on this website.

Q: CAN I RETURN MY LUCENTE STUDIO PURCHASE?

A: Lucente Studio is happy to exchange or offer store credit on unwanted goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days in sellable condition with all packaging intact. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.  You can find more information on returns and exchanges on our Returns/Exchange page on this website.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For all U.S. orders, you should receive your order within 7 business days of processing. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for international shipments.

Q: CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED? DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

A: Yes, we would be pleased to gift wrap your Lucente Studio package. The cost to have our Customer Care team wrap package is $4.95. Gift card greetings will be entered by the customer in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Of course we do! We ship all our Lucente Studio packages domestically, as well as internationally. Lucente Studio is not responsible for any shipment after it leaves the US and customer agrees all duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: I'D LIKE MY PRODUCT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR SALE WITH LUCENTE STUDIO. HOW DO I SUBMIT INFORMATION?

A: To submit products to be considered for sale, e-mail a link to pictures, include pricing and all relevant information to  Lucente Studio. Product samples mailed to the Lucente Studio offices cannot be returned.

Q: WHAT DOES THE 5% FOR ART DONATION MEAN?

A:  5% of all website sales and a donation from sales at STYLE ‘17  are committed to children’s art programs through Art in Action.  Art in Action is a non-profit organization which currently delivers art programming to 55,000 elementary school students nationwide, including outreach to schools that can’t afford an arts program.  To make art come alive, AiA exposes kids to diverse artists, cultures and genres while teaching them how to look at, discuss and share their feelings about the art. With the aid of donations, AiA gives kids the tools to visually express themselves through the creation of their own artwork.
